Theada E. Harris

Theada E. Harriswas born in Hardin County, Tennessee on November 12, 1926 the daughter of the late Demus Wesley and Myrtle Clyde Scott Hale.On May 24, 1945 she was united in marriage to Hubert V. Harris, who preceded her in death on September 7, 2007.Mrs. Harris had worked for Harwood Manufacturing for 11 years, Farber Brothers for 10 years, and Parris Manufacturing on the assembly line for 6 years. She was a lifelong Hardin County resident and a member of the Crump United Methodist Church. Mrs. Harris enjoyed canning, working in her yard and gardens. She was a devout wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother.Mrs. Harris departed this life on Monday, August 17, 2009 at the age of 82 years, 9 months, 5 days.Mrs. Harris is survived by a son, Danny Harris and wife Carol of Adamsville, Tennessee; a grandson, Wesley Harris and wife Mitzi; a great-grandson, Cody Harris.In addition to her husband and parents, Mrs. Harris was preceded in death by a sister, Lura Hale Young.
