Services for Thomas (Tommy) Allen, age 54. of Waynesboro will be Friday, September 11, 2009 at 3:00 PM at Shackelford Funeral Chapel in Waynesboro with Jimmy Middleton officiating. Burial will follow in the Walker Cemetery with Shackelford Funeral Directors in charge of arrangements.Visitation will be Thursday, September 10, 2009 from 5:00-9:00 PM and Friday, September 11, 2009 from 8:00 AM until service time at Shackelford Funeral Home in Waynesboro.Mr. Allen was born November 15, 1954 in Waynesboro, Tennessee, the son of the late Thomas Hugh and Marjorie Nell Brewer Allen. Mr. Allen departed this life Wednesday, September 9, 2009 at his home at the age of 54 Years, 9 Months, 25 Days. He was a heavy equipement operator and a member of Mt. Calvary Church in Olive Hill, Tennessee.He is survived by his wife Doris Pope Allen of Waynesboro, TN; a son, Daniel Allen and wife Ashley of Lawrenceburg, TN; a daughter, Amy Allen Morrow and husband Steve of Clifton, TN; a brother, Dwight Allen and a sister, Teresa Martin both of Waynesboro, TN
