Thomas Jerrolds Russell was born on September 19, 1957 in Shelby County, Tennessee, the son of Amelia Jerrolds Russell and the late James Russell.
On November 21, 1980, he was united in marriage to Janet Carol Ferrell Russell, who preceded her husband in death on March 20, 2019.
Mr. Russell worked for Clifton Utility Department in Clifton, Tennessee for over 20 years where he was the superintendent of gas and utilities. He was a member of Spirit and Truth Sanctuary in Adamsville, Tennessee and the Sons of Confederate Soldiers. Thomas enjoyed fishing, watching Westerns on TV, gardening, visiting family, and spending time with his grandchildren.
Thomas Jerrolds Russell departed this life on December 8, 2022 in Savannah, Tennessee at the age of 65 years, 2 months, and 19 days.
He is survived by his daughter, Amanda Russell of Savannah, Tennessee; son, Thomas Russell of Savannah, Tennessee; mother, Amelia Jerrolds Russell of Savannah, Tennessee; and grandchildren, Kady Martin and Berklee Russell.
In addition to his wife and father, Thomas was preceded in death by his brother, Jimmy Russell.
