Graveside Service will be held on Tuesday, September 28, 2010 1:00 pm at Prater's Chapel Cemetery in Clifton, Tennessee with Allen Palmer officiating. Shackelford Funeral Directors of Wayne County in charge of the arrangements.



Visitation will be on Tuesday, Sept. 28, 12:30 pm--1:00 pm @ Prater's Chapel Cemetery, Clifton, TN



Mr. Seltzer departed this life on Sunday, September 26, 2010 at his residence in Clifton, Tennessee at the age of 65 Years, 2 Months, 5 Days. He was born July 21, 1945 in Clifton, Tennessee the son of the late Joel Brown and Mary Lillian Northcutt Seltzer. In addition to his parents, Mr. Seltzer was preceded in death by brother, James Curtis Seltzer and sister, Brenda Lee (Seltzer) Dicus.



Mr. Seltzer served his country in the United States Army. He was a retired chief engineer for a towboat company and maintenance Supervisor for Wayne County Boot Camp. He also was a cabinet and furniture maker.



He was united in marriage to Cathy Dicus on October 24, 1967.



He is survived by his wife Cathy (Dicus) Seltzer of Clifton, TN; daughter, Michelle (Seltzer) Palmer of Arlington, TN; son, Tom Seltzer Jr. of Clifton, TN;



grandchildren; Hillary Seltzer, Karlie Seltzer, Grady Seltzer, Mia Claire Palmer and Eli Palmer
