Mr. Williams passed away Tuesday morning at Bolivar General Hospital.
The husband of Ora Williams, who survives, he retired as an aircraft mechanic for Federal Express after 20 years of employment. Mr. Williams was born September 1, 1939 in Tippah County, MS to the late Thomas Charles Williams and Mary Rebecca Kennamore Williams and lived in Cloverport for 33 years. He served his country in the US Air Force for 21 years and served as a deacon at Cloverport Baptist Church.
In addition to his wife, whom he married June 29, 1963, he is survived by two sons and their wives, Adam Williams and Kelly of Cloverport and Eric Williams and LeEllen of Oakland; three grandchildren, Paul, Karley and Thomas Williams; a sister and her husband, Charldean Trout and Howard of Bolivar; and a brother and his wife, Thad Williams and Shirley of Bolivar. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two brothers, Joe Williams and J.C. Williams; and a sister, Frances Morgan.
