Timothy Carter Allen was born September 4, 1941 in McNairy County, TN the son of the late Carter Lancelot and Dorothy McCaslin Allen.
Mr. Allen worked at Quinco Mental Health in Selmer, TN for over 10 years. He was of the Methodist belief, enjoyed photography, watching CNN and target shooting.
Mr. Allen departed this life on September 18, 2018 in Humboldt, Tennessee at the age of 77 Years, 14 Days. He is survived by special friend, Leon King of Rutherford, TN; friends, Jessica and Todd Lawson and their children.
The wishes of Mr. Allen was to be cremated and interred at Oakland Cemetery in Trenton with his parents.
