Timothy Lee Hopkins age 53 of Cedar Lake, IN, was born August 4, 1961 in Gary, IN, the son of the late Elbert Lee and Jillian Hopkins.
Timothy departed this life after recent diagnosis of cancer on April 2, 2015 in Crown Point, IN.
Mr. Hopkins is survived by two sisters and brother-in-laws, Diana and Eric Sandrick of Normal, IL, Janna Beaumont and Robert Lindstrom. He loved working for the American Legion. Tim was a people person who had many friends. Tim had a great smile and wicked sense of humor. He will be missed.
A memorial service was held in Indiana and burial was in Mt. Zion Cemetery in Stantonville, TN.
