Tommie Jean Williams Polk passed away Monday afternoon September 11, 2017.
She was born in Henderson, Tennessee January 22, 1937.
Tommie Jean is survived by a brother, Jimmy Williams (Virginia) of Ft. Mill, South Carolina, two granddaughters, and four great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, James and Sue Williams, her husband, Glen Polk, a daughter, Deborah Wiggins-Hamilton and a son, David Wiggins.
Memorial services will be at the Henderson, TN Church of Christ, Friday, September 22nd at 2:00 PM with a celebration of life reception to follow.
Memorials may be given to the James and Sue Williams Endowed Scholarship at Freed-Hardeman University, 158 East Main Street, Henderson, Tennessee 38340 or at www.fhu.edu.
