Thomas “Tommy” Donald Casey
Mr. Thomas “Tom” Donald Casey, of Santa Rosa beach, Florida and formerly of Henderson, Tennessee passed to eternal rest in the arms of his Savior Jesus Christ on August 25, 2018.
Mr. Casey is survived by his much loved and loving wife, Martha Casey; his beloved twin daughters, Beth Macyauski and husband Mike and Ann Casey and his son Craig Casey and wife Tami; his grandchildren, James Macyauski and wife Carmen, Robert Macyauski and wife Melissa, Lauren Macyauski and Will Macyauski. his brother, Ed Casey and wife Ann and his beloved step-children; Ralph Bird, David Maness, Vicki Young and Susan Stewart
He was a wonderful, loving and caring father and step-father. He leaves many devoted friends and other family members.
He is preceded by his father and mother; Robert and Mary Casey; his brother and sister-in-law, Fentress and Martha Casey and his first wife Jo Alice Casey.
Mr. Casey graduated from Chester County High School where he played quarterback for the Eagles. He attended Lambuth University and Banking School at Baton Rouge, Louisiana. He worked at Chester County Bank. He opened Casey Realtors in Henderson, Tennessee after his retirement his son Craig has managed the company. He was loved by his many friends for his great humor and loving kindness, and felt blessed to love and be loved by them. He was an active member of The Chapel Crosspoint Church and loved his Pastor Dr. Charles Wilson and wife Cindy and looked forward to every service there, among so many treasured friends. He also loved their former worship leader, Buddy Mullins and wife Kerri and daughters Victoria and Olivia, They often visited him and sang to him during his last weeks at home.
Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 AM, Tuesday, August 28, 2018 at The Chapel at Crosspoint at 1477 South County Highway 393, Santa Rosa Beach, Florida 32459, with Dr. Charles Wilson officiating.
A time of visitation will be held from 1:00~2:00 PM, Thursday, August 30, 2018 at Shackelford Funeral Directors, 304 Crook Avenue, Henderson, Tennessee 38240.
Funeral Services will be held at 2:00 PM, Thursday, August 30, 2018 at Shackelford Funeral Home Crook Avenue.
In lieu of flowers the family request that donations may be made to the Chapel at Crosspoint at 1477 South County Highway 393, Santa Rosa Beach, Florida 32459 or to Hope For The World at 116 Mosiac Oaks Circle, Santa Rosa Beach, Florida 32459
Burial will be held at Chester County Memory Gardens in Henderson, Tennessee.
