TOMMY MICHAEL GARRARD
was born in Hardin County, Tennessee on June 3, 1950 the son of Bobbie Pauline Pryor Garrard and the late Thomas Henry Garrard.
Mr. Garrard was a member of The Church of God.
He departed this life on January 18, 2017 in Savannah, Tennessee at the age of 66 years, 7 months and 15 days.
In addition to his mother, Bobbie Pauline Garrard of Savannah, Tennessee, he is survived by two sisters, Barbara Copeland of the Cerro Gordo community of Savannah, Tennessee and Kathy Sparks of Belmont, Mississippi; two brothers, Robert Garrard of Germantown, Tennessee and Danny Garrard of the Walnut Grove community of Savannah, Tennessee.
In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by one sister, Judy Minyard.
