Tommy Grady

Tommy Gradywas born in Gibson County, Tennessee on January 27, 1947 the son of the late Early Henderson and Mable Laverne Barron Grady,On December 15, 1995 he was united in marriage to Pamela Brown, who survives,Mr. Grady was the Director for the Jack Gean Shelter for Men in Savannah, Tennessee. He had also worked for Aspell Recovery Center and JACOA in Jackson, Tennessee. He enjoyed traveling, fish, helping other people, reading, collecting coins and stamps. He loved his grandchildren. Mr. Grady had lived in Gibson County until 1999 when he moved to Sardis. He was a member of the Sinners Hope Church, NCAC and DAV. Mr. Grady was a US Marine Veteran serving 2 theaters in Vietnam.Mr. Grady departed this life on Friday, March 11, 2011 at the age of 64 years, 1 month, 12 days.In addition to his wife, Pamela, he is survived by 2 daughters, Shonda Kay Mason and husband Mark of Milan, Tennessee, Donna Sue Hart and husband David of Gadsden, Tennessee; 3 sons, Robert Earl Grady of Bells, Tennessee, Anthony Wayne Grady of Humboldt, Tennessee and Brian Earl Greene of Jackson, Tennessee; 5 grandchildren, Tamara Cossey, Labren Rich, Allison Rich, Kayla Grady and Robert Grady; a great grandchild, Lareighla Grady; 2 sisters, Joy Dycus and husband Phil, Florence Moore and husband David all of Bradford, Tennessee; a brother, Ricky Grady of Knoxville, Tennessee.In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by 2 sisters, June Grady and Donna Sue Grady; 2 brothers, Basil Grady and Carl Grady.
