He was employed by the Botel Restaurant, where he served as Manager. He was a member of the Moose Lodge, and enjoyed playing golf and watching University of Tennessee football.
He is survived by his half-brother, Jeff Plunk of Adamsville, Tennessee;
One uncle, Johnny Bolton of Savannah, Tennessee, and numerous nieces and nephews.
