Tonya Franklin

Tonya Franklin was born on March 7, 1975 in Selmer, Tennessee, the daughter of the late Thomas Eugene and Linda Fay Juilan Davidson.

On January 11, 2002, she was united in marriage to James Franklin, who survives.

Tonya was the backbone of her family. She loved her children and dedicated her time to taking care of everyone. She enjoyed riding on the pontoon boat and spending time with her family on the river.

Tonya Franklin departed this life on April 27, 2026 in Corinth, Mississippi, at the age of 51 years, 1 month, and 20 days.

She is survived by her husband, James Franklin of Savannah, Tennessee; daughters, Cheyenne Franklin, Angel Souders, Harlee Gray, Nova Gray, and Avril Gray, all of Savannah, Tennessee; and sons, Dalton Franklin and Chevy Franklin, both of Savannah, Tennessee.

In addition to her parents, Tonya was preceded in death by her brothers, Ricky Davidson and Timothy Davidson.
