Travis Franklin Evans

Travis Franklin (Butch) Evans was born August 1, 1945 in Dyersburg, TN the son of the late Audron Jerrell and Lucille McNatt Evans.Mr. Evans was a veteran of the United States Air Force serving honorably during the Vietnam War and had also worked as a supervisor for the Goodyear Manufacturing plant in Union City.Some of his favorite pastimes were hunting, fishing, riding horses, and gardening.Mr. Evans departed this life on March 5, 2013 in Selmer, Tennessee at the age of 67 Years, 7 Months, 4 Days. He is survived by his companion Brenda Stephens of Selmer TN; a son, Scott Evans of Dresden, TN; a brother, Robert Evans and wife Jerry of Selmer, TN; six grandchildren: Stephen Wilbanks, Corey Gray, Tristan Gray, Tyler Gray, Silas Gray, and Kelly Beth Ernest all of Selmer, TN; and a host of extended family and friends.
