Troy Davis, Jr. was born on February 18, 1946 in Hardin County, Tennessee, the son of the late Troy Lee and Jewel Gray Davis.
On August 12, 1967, he was united in marriage to Connie Mae Sharp who preceded her husband in death on April 24, 2020.
Troy worked at Joe Stewart's Body Shop as a body repairman.
Troy Davis, Jr. departed this life on December 24, 2021 in Bartlett, Tennessee at the age of 75 years, 10 months, and 6 days.
He is survived by his sisters, Jean Mayhall of Counce, Tennessee and Dean Lee of Savannah, Georgia; brothers, David Davis and Johnny Davis, both of Counce, Tennessee; and a host of nieces and nephews.
