Vera Tyler

She was born June 17, 1935 in Peoria, Illinois, the daughter of the late Bernard and Lucile Schlatter. 

She is survived by two daughters; Annette Peugh (Jim) of Morton, Illinois and Janine Chasco of Marquette Heights, Illinois; son, Mark Tyler (Beth) of Collinsville, Illinois; and brothers, Roger and Ed. She has two grandchildren, Tyler and Rachel; and 4 great grandchildren, Nathan, Kameryn, Bruce, and Zelda.

She was preceded in death by her parents and husband, Phillip Donald Tyler; three brothers, and grandchild, Ryan Chasco.

Vera retired from Illinois Department of Family Services and she and Donald retired to the family property in Adamsville, Tennessee. She was a member of Crump Methodist Church. 

A graveside will be held for Vera Tyler, age 88, at the Crump Cemetery on Monday August 7th, 2023 at 11 am. Vera passed away in Savannah, Tennessee on July 31, 2023.
