Victoria Clemmons

Victoria Clemmons, born on February 5, 1962, in Savannah, TN, was a beloved daughter of the late Claude D Bumphus and Pauline Frances Churchwell. She was a faithful member of Mt. Tabor Missionary Baptist Church in Clifton, TN. Throughout her career, Victoria dedicated her skills as a sewing machine operator at Hickory Hills Manufacturing Co. in Clifton, TN, and later at Texas Boot in Waynesboro, TN. Tragically, Miss Clemmons passed away on September 16, 2023, in Nashville, Tennessee at the age of 61 years, 7 months, and 11 days.

Victoria leaves behind cherished memories and is survived by her dear sister Bessie Witherspoon of Clifton, TN; brothers Frank Churchwell of Sandusky, OH; James Churchwell (Karen) of Sandusky, OH; Jessie Churchwell (Clara) of Augusta, GA; Mike Churchwell of Augusta, GA; nieces Renata Churchwell of Nashville, TN; Jamie Clemmons of Clifton, TN; Brandy Churchwell of Nashville, TN; Jasimine Crook of Clifton, TN; Zekeyia Churchwell of Nashville, TN; Marala Witherspoon of Clarksville, TN and nephews James Churchwell Jr.(Lisa) of Clifton, TN; Claude Churchwell of Murfreesboro, TN; Zykel Clemmons of Nashville, TN; Jaylen Clemmons of Clifton, TN; Dray Churchwell and Michael Churchwell (Alicia) both from Nashville, TN, Justin Moses from Nashville, TN, Antwan Churchwell from Nashville, TN, and Brian Sutton Jr. from Nashville, TN.

In addition to her parents' passing earlier on in life, Victoria was preceded in death by her sisters Nancy Churchwell and Teresa Churchwell, and brothers Steven Bumphus, Kenneth Bumphus, and Gregory Bumphus.

A visitation will be held on Saturday, September 30, 2023, from 12:00 p.m. to 1:00 p.m. at Mt Tabor Missionary Baptist Church.

Funeral services to celebrate Victoria's life will follow the visitation at 1:00 p.m., also at Mt. Tabor Missionary Baptist Church in Clifton, TN.
