Virginia Vaughan

Mrs. Vaughan died Saturday evening at Baptist Hospital in Memphis.
The wife of Bobby G. Vaughan, who survives, she was retired as a clerk with the US District Court. She was born in Bemis to Marshall and Laura Hurst Brumbelow and lived most all of her life here. She was a 1951 graduate of Bolivar Central High School and a member of Bolivar First Baptist Church.
In addition to her husband, whom she married on October 17, 1956, survivors include two sons, Richard A. Vaughan of Houston, Texas and William Kevin Vaughan of Collierville; a sister, Sue Brumbelow Hines of Atlanta, Georgia; a brother, Fred Brumbelow of Clovis, New Mexico; and five grandchildren, Blake, Matt, Michael, Alex and Grayson. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a sister, Mildred Bryan.
