W. Virginia Howell

Mrs. W. Virginia Howell, age 93 of Middleton, passed from this life Monday morning, March 26, 2012 at Bolivar General Hospital.
She was born in Middleton, Tennessee on May 23, 1918 to the late Otho Elmer and Ada Elizabeth Tillmon Doyle. She was united in marriage to Herman Howell January 18, 1946. Mr. Howell preceded her in death October 10, 2004. She lived all her life in Hardeman County and was a member of the Hebron Baptist Church near Middleton. She worked as a homemaker and loved gardening and flowers.
She leaves as her survivors a very special nephew, Ben Ervin, along with several other nieces and nephews; and a sister-in-law, Opal Howell Ray.
In addition to her husband and parents, she is preceded in death by four sisters, Ruby Stewart, Bessie Baker, Bonnie McAlpin and Evelyn McKee; and three brothers, Huey, Hall and Ellis Doyle.
