WALLACE ‘NELSON’ HARVEY
Henderson, TN: Wallace “Nelson†Harvey, age 72, passed away Sunday January 30, 2011 at his home.
He was born in Mifflin, Chester County the son of the late Wallace and Annie Bell Adcock Harvey. He attended schools in Chester County in Mifflin, McCalls, Plainview and Jacks Creek. He married Inetha “Shirley†Connor December 17, 1960. They made their home in Chester County all their married lives. He was a farmer for many years and worked for Century Electric Company, Lexington, TN for 35 years. He was in the National Guard for 9 years. Mr. Harvey was a member of the Middlefork Road Baptist Church where he attended faithfully until his illness.
He is survived by his wife, Shirley Connor Harvey of Henderson; a daughter, Libby Wray (Darrell) of Milan; a son, Raven Harvey (Jamie) of Jackson; grandchildren, Haley and Hayden Wray and Corbin Harvey; a sister, Gloria Faye Harvey Ross of Luray; a brother, Bobby Harvey of Pickwick and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother, Norman Harvey.
