Mr. Hodge died Wednesday, September 2 at Baptist Hospital East in Memphis.
The husband of Lois Jacobs Hodge, who survives, he worked in the auto parts business. He was born July 13, 1920 in Middleton, son of the late W. T., Sr. and Maude Crawford Hodge and lived in Memphis over sixty years. A graduate of Middleton High School, he served in the Army during World War II in the Pacific and was a member of Germantown Baptist Church.
In addition to his wife, whom he married March 23, 1947, survivors include two brothers, W. W. Hodge of Holly Springs, MS and W. T. Hodge, Jr. of Medon; two nephews, Jerry and Larry Hodge; 3 great nephews and 2 great great nephews.
