Troudy Ross

Troudy Ross, beloved wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother, and friend to many, passed away August 11, 2023, at the age of 72 years, 2 months, and 8 days.

She was born on June 3, 1951, in Neuhof, Germany. In 1980, she moved to the United States with her husband, Herbert Brous Ross, with whom she enjoyed 52 years of marriage. Together, they pursued a career in trucking for 20 years. She later pursued a career in the Hardin County School System. After retirement, her greatest passions were gardening, cooking, and spending time with family. She also loved to decorate and keep an immaculate home.

Troudy is survived by her husband, Herbert Ross; children, Sissi (Roy), Bettina (Randy), and Michael (Nisha); grandchildren, Jordan (Jay), Stephanie (Channin), Cody, Tyler, and Reya; as well as five great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Hans and Babette Rhau Engelbrecht.
