Wanda Carol Hunt Hardin

Wanda Carol Hunt Hardin departed this life on Tuesday, April 12, 2016 at her residence in Waynesboro, Tennessee at the age of 66 Years, 7 Months, 24 Days. She was born August 19, 1949 in Waynesboro, TN, the daughter of the late Arnold Ray and Grace Estella Prince Hunt.

She was united in marriage to William David Hardin on May 11, 1979.

Carol was an administration supervisor for 48 years at Wayne County Health Department and was a member of the Waynesboro Church of Christ in Waynesboro, Tennessee.

She is survived by her husband, William David Hardin of Waynesboro, TN; sons, Matthew David Hardin and wife, Amy of Madison, AL and Micah Hunt Hardin of Bozeman, MT; brothers, Charles Hunt and Tony Hunt both of Waynesboro, TN and nieces and nephews.

Services will be held on Thursday, April 14, 2016 at 1:00 PM at Waynesboro Church of Christ in Waynesboro, Tennessee, with Bobby Pinckley and Mitchell L. Skelton officiating. Burial will follow in Highland United Methodist Church Cemetery, Lawrenceburg, Tennessee with Shackelford Funeral Directors in charge of the arrangements. Pallbearers will be Larry Prince, Dwight Prince, Dewayne Prince, Tyler Hunt, Steve Downey and Bryan Downey. Honorary pallbearers will be Justin Downey and Eddie Prince.

Visitation will be Wednesday, April 13, 2016, 6:00-9:00 pm at Shackelford Funeral Home, Waynesboro, TN and Thursday, April 14, 2016 from 11:00 am until service time at Waynesboro Church of Christ.
