Wanda Gail Tilley

Wanda Gail Tilley was born on December 25, 1978 in Selmer, Tennessee, the daughter of Betty Annette Fouse Duncan and the late David Earl Hudson.

On January 15, 2002, she was united in marriage to James Paul Tilley, who survives.

Wanda worked as a Certified Nursing Assistant for Harbert Hills Nursing Home and was a member of Faith Apostolic Church in Savannah, Tennessee. She loved going kayaking, going to church, riding four wheelers, and baking.

Wanda Gail Tilley departed this life on Friday, August 27, 2021 in Nashville, Tennessee at the age of 42 years, 8 months, and 2 days.

She is survived by her husband of 19 years, James Paul Tilley of Savannah, Tennessee; daughter, Amber Faith Tilley of Savannah, Tennessee; sons, James David Tilley and Jacob Cody Tilley, both of Savannah, Tennessee; sisters, Lesley Ann Umphrey, Amy Renee Hudson, and Christina Louise Robinson, all of Savannah, Tennessee; mother, Betty Annette Duncan of Savannah, Tennessee; grandmother, Betty Sue Hunt of Savannah, Tennessee; and grandchildren, Caden Mathew True, Trevor Allen Zeigler, and Aubrey Kay Tilley.

In addition to her father, Wanda was preceded in death by her grandparents, James Fouse, James Cleveland Hudson, and Delzia Grimes Hudson.
