Warren Watt Phillips was born February 2, 1950 in Columbia, TN the son of Clara Nell Yeiser and the late Henry Clay Phillips, Jr. Mr. Phillips died Tuesday, March 19, 2013 at his home in Waynesboro at the age of 63 Years, 1 Month, 17 Days. He was a retired insurance salesman and a member of End Times Church.He is survived by a son, Matthew Warren Phillips of Murfreesboro, TN; a stepdaughter, Terra Dawn Mincey of Murfreesboro, TN; his mother, Clara Nell Yeiser Phillips of Waynesboro; two brothers, Henry Clay Phillips III of Lawrenceburg, TN, and Jay Yeiser Phillips of Forrest Hills, TN; nephew, Henry Clay Phillips, IV of Smyrna, TN; nieces, Holly Dougherty of Nashville, TN, and Sarah Collins of Atlanta, GA; great nieces and nephews, Juliana Dougherty, Max Dougherty, Lily Collins, Jayson Phillips, and Carson Burns.Services will be Friday, March 22, 2013 at 4:00 PM at Shackelford Funeral Chapel in Waynesboro with Cal Hmpton officiating. Burial will follow in Greenwood Cemetery with Shackelford Funeral Directors in charge of arrangements.
