Wayford Allen Prince

Funeral services for Wayford Allen Prince, age 68, of Waynesboro, TN will be Sunday, December 16, 2007 at 1 pm at Shackelford Funeral Home Chapel in Waynesboro with Richard Bain and Cal Hampton officiating. Burial will be in Highland Methodist Church Cemetery, Lawrenceburg Highway, Lawrenceburg, TN with Shackelford Funeral Directors of Wayne County directing. Pallbearers will be Buddy Throgmorton, Rick Barrier, Stevie Burns, James Herbert Haggard, William Gipson, Jeremy Bundrant.



He died at Wayne County Nursing Home on Thursday, December 13, 2007.



Mr. Prince, a native of Wayne County, TN, was a retired supervisor of Wayne Metal/Barnett Iron Works. He was preceded in death by parents, Wilburn Lonnie and Florence Lillian Byrd Prince, wife, Flora (Flo) Gipson Prince, brother, Lonnie Prince, sisters, Willa Mattox, Grace Hunt, and great-grandson, Zachary Cain Prince.



Survivors, sons, Dewayne, Dwight, and Larry Prince, all of Waynesboro, TN; seven grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; brothers, Robert and Eddie Prince, both of Waynesboro, TN; sisters, Nona Hardy, Toledo, OH, Patricia Wright, Oak Harbor, OH; several nieces and nephews.
