Wayne Pusser

Wayne Pusser was born November 26, 1937 in Chester County Tennessee the son of the late Leonard H. and Melisie Tennessee Spencer Pusser. After school he moved to Melrose Park, IL and worked in construction, eventually owning and operating Wayne Cement Construction Co. He had been in Melrose Park the last 55 years. He was a member of the Moose Lodge in Melrose Park and was a Baptist. Mr. Pusser departed this life on September 21, 2010 in Melrose Park, Illinois at the age of 72 Years, 9 Months, 26 Days.He is survived by three sisters, Joyce Bailey of Reagan, TN, Irene Strickland of Byhalia, MS, Rebecca Carey of Jackson, TN; two brothers, Jerry Pusser of Newbern, TN, Ward Pusser of Rossville, TN; and a grandchild, Cayla.In addition to his parents, Mr. Pusser was preceded in death by a son, Jimmy Brock.
