Willa Mae Haskins

She was born May 23, 1925 in Benton County, Tennessee the daughter of the late Algie and Susie Bond Melton.She was united in marriage to R. G. Haskins in 1946, Mr. Haskins preceded her in death in 1968.She was employed at Oakley Fashions for 26 years as a supervisor and later at the Chester County Nursing Home in Housekeeping from 1983 until her retirement in 2005. .



Mrs. Haskins was a charter member of the Mifflin Baptist Church.



Mrs. Haskins departed this life on October 14, 2011 in Henderson, TN at the age of 86 Years, 4 Months, 21 Days. She is survived by a son, Steve Haskins and wife Beth of Henderson, TN; two sisters, Margaret Watson of Bruceton, TN and Mary Jo Holland of Camden, TN; a brother, O'Neal Melton of Camden, TN and a daughter-in-law, Jan Haskins of Henderson; In addition to her husband and parents, Mrs. Haskins was preceded in death by a son, Bobby Haskins and a sister, Thelma Furr and a brother, John William Melton.



She is survived by, Grandchildren, Justin Haskins, Jaron Haskins, Jade Haskins, Jennifer Gatley and Jason Haskins and Great- Grandchildren, Jannah Brittain, Jacelyn Haskins, Camden Haskins, Jayla Gatley and Jesslyn Gatley.
