William Larry Brown

Mr. William Larry Brown was born February 1, 1946 in Waynesboro`, TN the son of the late Edward Brown and Susie Mae White West. He was united in marriage to Carolyn S Brison on January 12, 1967. Mr. Brown worked for Genesco, Retired from the maintenance department at Columbia State and worked for many years as a massonary. He was a previous member of Beech Creek Coon Hunters Club and Beech Creek Volunteer Fire Hall. Mr. Brown departed this life on August 22, 2020 in Waynesboro, Tennessee at the age of 74 Years, 6 Months and 21 Days.

He is survived by his wife of 53 years Carolyn S Brison Brown of Waynesboro, TN; a daughter, Connie Brown Wheatley and husband Joseph of Waynesboro, TN; a brother, Lewis Earl Brown and wife Betty of Savannah, TN; three sisters, Joyce Clements and husband William, Linda West, Joan Brown all of Florence, AL; a grandson, Justin Staggs and friend Misty; and three great grandchildren Lilly, Bryer and Hannah Staggs. He is also survived by his uncle Dan White and wife Diane of Waynesboro, TN and many nieces and nephews.

In addition to his parents, Mr. Brown was preceded in death by two sisters, Merle Brannon, Judy Brown and a brother, Joe Brown;

A Graveside Service will be held on Wednesday August 26, 2020 at 3:00 PM at the North Highland Cemetery in Waynesboro, Tennessee with Rod Littrell officiating.

Visitation will be on Tuesday August 25th from 5:00 pm until 9:00 pm at Shackelford Funeral Directors in Waynesboro and on Wednesday from 2:30 PM until service time at 3:00 PM at North Highland Cemetery
