Franks, Sr. and Florence McGee Franks.Mr. Franks was a retired farmer and a United States Military Veteran.He departed this life on September 11, 2008 at the Hardin County Nursing Home in Savannah, Tennessee at the age of 90 years and 5 months.Mr. Franks is survived by a friend, Mary Davison of Savannah, Tennessee.
