Mr. William French, age 83 of Memphis, died Wednesday morning, April 29, at Allen Brooke Nursing Home in Memphis.
Mr. French was born in Memphis, TN to the late Charles I. French and Goldie M. Kelly on Sunday, December 13, 1931. He was a retired glazier with Mid-South Glass. Mr. French was a Baptist. He served in the U.S. Navy. He lived his entire life in Memphis, TN.
He is survived by his wife Judith “Judy” Lowrance French; his daughter, Susan Copeland of Bartlett, TN; and his two sons, Steve French of Baltimore, MD, and Scott French of Cordova, TN.
He was preceded in death by his parents Charles I. French and Goldie M. Kelly; a daughter, Sherry Patil; a brother, Delbert French; and a sister Darthy Arata.
The family requests memorials be sent to St. Jude’s Childrens Hospital.
