William E. (Billy) Howells II of Lutts, TN was born January 28, 1966 in Allentown, PA, the son of William (Bill) Edmond Howells of Waynesboro, TN, who survives, and the late Mary Hughes Howells. He was united in marriage to Sharon Dixon on September 28, 1988.
Mr. Howells was a welder with the Hon Company and was a member of the Christian Faith Church, Florence, Alabama.
Mr. Howells departed this life on Monday, October 15, 2012 at Helen Keller Hospital in Sheffield, Alabama at the age of 46 Years, 8 Months, 17 Days after a battle with cancer.
Other than his father, he is survived by his wife, Sharon Dixon Howells and son, William E. Howells, III both of Lutts, TN; sisters, Gail Foulke of Hendersonville, TN, Joan Howells of Slatington, PA, and Donna Floyd of Waynesboro, TN.
In addition to his mother, Mr. Howells was preceded in death by grandparents, John and Marion Howells and Gustave and Frances Unger.
Services will be Friday, October 19, 2012 at 1:00 PM at Shackelford Funeral Directors Chapel, Collinwood, Tennessee, with Dennis Hanvey officiating. Burial will follow in the Centenary Cemetery, Lutts, Tennessee with Shackelford Funeral Directors, Wayne County, directing.
Visitation will be Thursday, October 18, 2012 from 5 pm to 9 pm and Friday, October 19, 2012 from 10 am until service time at the funeral home.
