William Franklin McKelvy

Humboldt, TN: William Franklin McKelvy, age 54 passed away November 10, 2011 at Bailey Park Community Living Center in Humboldt, TNHe was born and reared in Chester County, the son of the late William Hendrix and Marie Franklin McKelvy. He graduated from Chester County High School in 1975 and briefly attended Freed-Hardeman University until he entered the Radio Business starting at WFHC and then WHHM in Henderson until he retired due to poor health. He married Martha Graves in 1998. They made their home in Humboldt. He is survived by his wife, Martha Nell Graves McKelvy of Humboldt; a son, Franklin Roy Mitchell of Jackson; a sister, Luellen McKelvy of Henderson and several cousins and extended family. He was preceded in death by a sister, Jennibeth McKelvy in 2004.
