Dr. William Otis Perkins was born November 11, 1940 in Rocky Mount, NC, the son of the late William Ercell and Frauline Watson Perkins.
Dr, Perkins was an Optometrist. He had attended MTSU and Southern College of Optometry, class of 1967. He served our country in the U.S. Army, was a member of Selmer Moose Lodge and an avid fisherman.
Dr. Perkins departed this life on August 15, 2014 in Corinth, Mississippi at the age of 73 Years, 9 Months, 4 Days.
He is survived by a daughter, Amber Kristina Perkins of Bartlett, TN; a brother, Dr. Larry Perkins and wife Debbie of Selmer, TN; a granddaughter, Kassandra Kasey Roeser of Bartlett, TN; a niece, Dr. Lauren Speckner and husband Dr. Eric Speckner of Knoxville, TN; and a nephew, Corey Perkins of Murfreesboro, TN.
