William Ray Price was born October 27, 1945 in Corinth, MS the son of the late Robert Grady and Mary Ellen Norcross Price.
Mr. Price was a brick mason. He was a member of the Trinity Baptist Church in Michie, Tennessee. Some of his favorite pastimes were playing his guitar, sight seeing, and spending time with his dog Precious.
Mr. Price departed this life on December 19, 2013 in Selmer, Tennessee at the age of 68 Years, 1 Month, 22 Days.
He is survived by a sister, Susan Price of Michie, TN; three close nephews Steven Price, Jackson Price, and Cody Butler along with a host of nieces, nephews, and extended family and friends.
In addition to his parents, Mr. Price was preceded in death by two brothers, Larry Wayne Price, Robert Steven Price; two sisters, Jean Carter, and Dorothy Lee Miliam.
