William Glen Rogers

William Glen Rogers of Collinwood, TN departed this life on Monday, January 8, 2018 at Vanderbilt University Medical Center in Nashville, Tennessee at the age of 60 Years, 11 Months, 11 Days. He was born January 28, 1957 in Loretto, TN, the son of the late William Jason and Retha Christine Sims Rogers.

He married Debbie Beckham on July 1, 1983 and was self-employed as a bulldozer operator.

He is survived by his wife, Debbie Beckham Rogers of Collinwood, TN; daughters, Alicia Hollander, husband, Nathan of Lutts, TN and Emily Hollis, husband, Adam of Collinwood, TN; grandchildren, Shelby, Allie and Remington Hollander and Hudson Hollis; brother, Kenneth Rogers and sister, Ernie Clemmons both of Killen, Al and nieces and nephews.

In addition to his parents, Mr. Rogers was preceded in death by a grandson, Corbin Hollis; sisters, Ann Albernathy and Donna Cole and brother, Larry Rogers.

Services will be held on Friday, January 12, 2018 at 1:00 PM at Houston Baptist Church in Collinwood, Tennessee, with Tim Hanback officiating. Burial will follow in the Mt. Hebron Cemetery, Collinwood, Tennessee with Shackelford Funeral Directors, Wayne County, directing. Visitation will be at Houston Baptist Church, Collinwood, TN on Thursday, January 11, 2018 from 5 pm to 10 pm and Friday, January 12, 2018 from 9 am until service time.

Pallbearers will be Todd Clemmons, Jason Clemmons, Chris Sherrill, Daniel Rogers, Jeff Beckham, Steven Burns, Michael McLin and Preston Cummings with Larry Beckham and Marty Porter as honorary pallbearers.
