was born in Dyer County, Tennessee on December 18, 1960 the son of Wilma Hurley Seat and the late J. W. Seat.
William was a retired auto tech for Goodyear.
He departed this life on Monday, October 12, 2020 in Savannah, Tennessee at the age of 59 years, 9 months and 24 days.
William is survived by his children, Melody Rossi of Italy, Ginger Prelle of Titusville, Florida, Donnie Cossey, Jr. of Savannah, Tennessee and Kelly Jerrolds of Savannah, Tennessee; grandchildren, Asia L. Prelle, Francesco R. Prelle, Alessia V. Rossi, Jaylyn K. Jerrolds, and Jordyn K. Jerrolds; his mother, Wilma Seat; sisters, Sheila D. Seat Williams and Annette Bearden; and grandparents, Thomas Franklin and Louise Seat and Jack and Florence Hurley.
In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by one grandchild, Gracie Lynn Cossey.
