Willie Sue (Tootie) Pulley was born February 26, 1941 in Decatur County, Tennessee the daughter of the late Baumont and Opel Pitts Keymon. In addition to her parents, Mrs Pulley was preceded in death by a brother, Leon Keymon. Mrs. Pulley departed this life Thursday, November 17, 2011 at Wayne Medical Center in Waynesboro, Tennessee at the age of 70 Years, 8 Months, 22 Days.
She was retired from Clifton Manufacturing and a member of First Baptist Church in Clifton.
She is survived by her husband Franklin D. Pulley;
a daughter, Paula D. Pulley Skelton both of Clifton, TN;
two grandchildren, Kirby D. Bridges and Kasha D. Bridges;
two sisters, Claudie Primm of Clifton, TN and
Beverly Blackburn of Bagdad, KY;
Services will be Saturday, November 19, 2011 at 3:00 PM at First Baptist Church in Clifton with Randall Runions officiating. Burial following in Prater's Chapel Cemetery near Clifton with Shackelford Funeral Directors in charge of arrangements.
