Willodean Mynatt, a loving mother and cherished friend, left this world on August 13, 2025, in Bolivar, Tennessee, at the age of 82. Born on January 26, 1943, in Robeson County, North Carolina, she lived a life guided by her Baptist faith, serving as a beacon of kindness and warmth to all who crossed her path.
Throughout her life, Willodean embraced many roles with grace and dedication. She worked as a waitress and contributed her efforts to various factory jobs, but her most cherished role was that of a homemaker. For 30 years, she made Bolivar her home, carrying with her the memories of her earlier years spent in North Carolina, as well as her time in Memphis and Arkansas. It was in these places that she forged bonds and shared laughter, leaving an indelible mark on the hearts of those who knew her.
Willodean's departure has left a profound void in the lives of her loved ones, including her beloved sons: Lynord Allen Brock of Whiteville, Dennis Lewis Jaggars of Kosciusko, MS, Jimmy Lewis Jaggars of Trenton, and Johnny Wayne Brock of Ripley, MS. Her family also includes her daughter, Sandra Gail Lambert of Poway, CA, who will forever hold onto the memories of their shared moments.
Willodean is preceded in death by her mother, Adjie Davis, whose legacy of love and support influenced Willodean's nurturing spirit. Her life was a testament to the unbreakable bonds of family and friendship, and her memory will continue to resonate within the hearts of those she leaves behind.
In celebrating Willodean’s life, we remember a woman of unwavering faith and commitment to her loved ones. Though she may no longer walk among us, her spirit and kindness will forever remain in the hearts of all who were fortunate enough to know her.
