Winfrey Robinson

Winfrey Kerr Robinson was born September 23, 1919 in Holly Grove, Arkansas the daughter of the late Leslie A., Sr. and Cary Winfrey Kerr.She was united in marriage to Joe Dave Robinson who preceded her in death on May 3, 1971. Mrs. Robinson was retired from the Selmer Bank and Trust Company. She was a member of the Selmer First Christian Church. She also served in the Selmer Junior Civic League, was a former member of the McNairy County Republican Committee, Daughters of the American Revolution and the United Daughters of the Confederacy.Mrs. Robinson departed this life on May 12, 2010 in Selmer, Tennessee at the age of 90 Years, 7 Months, 19 Days. She is survived by a son, David Robinson and wife Kathleen of Selmer, TN; six grandchildren, Cary Beth Harris, Frannie Robinson, Sarah Robinson, Rett Sailsbury, Yates Sailsbury, and D. Z. Robinson; and a sister, Ann Thickstun of Abernathy, TX.In addition to her husband and parents, Mrs. Robinson was preceded in death by a daughter, Nan Cary (Robinson) Sailsbury; three brothers, Leslie A. Kerr, Jr., William Y. Kerr, and Charles A. Kerr.
