Wylodean Gilchrist Kelley McFall, Collinwood, TN, was born May 27, 1932 in Cypress Inn, Tennessee, the daughter of the late James Henry and Clara Murphy Gilchrist. She was united in marriage to Robert McFall Jr. on October 10, 1980.
Mrs. McFall was a retired sewing machine operator with Genesco and departed this life on Sunday, July 25, 2010 at ECM Hospital in Florence, Alabama at the age of 78 Years, 1 Month, 28 Days.
She is survived by her husband, Robert McFall Jr. of Collinwood, TN; sons, Larry Kelley and wife, Joan of Lawrenceburg, TN, John Kelley and wife, Christy of Waynesboro, TN; daughters, Barbara Risner and husband, Phillip and Brenda Risner and husband, Gerald all of Collinwood, TN; stepson, Ronald McFall and wife, Kim of Collinwood, TN; step-daughters, Marilyn Darby of Collinwood and June McFall of Athens, AL; grandchildren, Wendy Thompson, Phillip Shane Risner, Pattie Kephart, Kersten Allen, Conner Kelley, Jennifer Allen, Jordan Fletcher, Katilyn Risner; step-grandchildren, Chris Darby, Amelia and Chelsea McFall; great-grandchildren, Nathan, Alex, and Adam Haddock, Bryce Thompson; step-great-grandchildren, Crisylin, D. J., and Ty Darby, Brianna Thompson, Destiny Juarez; brother, J. C. Gilchrist and wife, Inez of Lawrenceburg, TN; sister, Virglean Gilchrist of Waynesboro, TN; several nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, Mrs. McFall was preceded in death by brothers, R. D., James, Johnny, and Vernon Gilchrist; and sister, Ruby Burns.
Services will be Tuesday, July 27, 2010 at 3:00 PM at Shackelford Funeral Home, Collinwood, TN with Emerald Bailey and Tim Hanback officiating. Burial will follow in the Mt. Hope Cemetery, Lutts, Tennessee with Shackelford Funeral Directors of Wayne County directing. Visitation will be Monday, July 26, 2010 from 5:30 pm to 9 pm and Tuesday, July 27, 2010 from 11 am to service time at the funeral home. Pallbearers will be Phil Risner, Brent Smith, Dillard Mason, Chris Darby, Ronald McFall Brian Thompson. Honorary pallbearers will be Nathan Haddock and Conner Kelley.
