XAVIER NEALwas born in Fort Riley, Kansas on November 8, 1964 the son of Rosie Lee Ross Neal and the late Edward Leon Neal.Mr. Neal was a construction worker and he was a member of Mt. Calvary Baptist Church in Lawton, Oklahoma. He enjoyed fishing and football.Mr. Neal departed this life on November 3, 2009 in Lawton, Oklahoma at the age of 44 years, 11 months and 26 days.Other than his mother, Rosie Lee Ross Neal of Lawton, Oklahoma, he is survived by one daughter, Nicolette Siquieros of Hollywood, Californiaone grandchild, Jeremiah Siquieros2 sisters, Vanessa Neal of Lawton, Oklahoma and Lisa Carter of Savannah, Tennessee4 brothers, Franklin Neal of Columbus, Mississippi, William Neal of Lawton, Oklahoma, Sammie Neal of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma and Richard Neal of Lawton, Oklahoma
