Zendia White

Zendia White was born on June 2, 1943 in Portageville, Missouri, the daughter of the late Allerd Laverne and Josephine Ray White.

On March 30, 1999, she was united in marriage to James White, who survives.

Zendia worked for Tennalum Aluminum Plant in safety and production from 1989 to 2000.  She was a member of Enville Baptist Church. Zendia enjoyed flowers, embroidering, and making quilts. 

Zendia White departed this life on January 16, 2024 in Savannah, Tennessee at the age of 80 years, 7 months, and 14 days. 

She is survived by her husband, James White of Enville, Tennessee; son, Bruce Clark (Diane) of Baltimore, Maryland; daughter, Lorie Hill (Jay Collins) of Enville, Tennessee; brother, Tony White of Olive Branch, Mississippi; sisters, Alice Starnes and Brenda White both of Enville, Tennessee, Linda Earnest, Carmellitta Capooth, and Tera Michael all of Middleton, Tennessee; grandchildren, Brandon Hill and Douglas Clark; and great grandchildren, Hadley and Haven Hill.

In addition to her parents, Zendia was preceded in death by her brother, Dennis Roland White.
