    Hazel Cook

    April 19, 1942 - February 19, 2021

    Hazel Cook was born on April 19, 1942 in Wayne County, Tennessee, the daughter of the late James Riley Brown and Audrey Cummings Decker. Hazel lived in Hardin County, Tennessee all of her life and was currently staying with her brother, James Russell Brown and his wife, Lisa Marie Brown. She enjoyed being around people, watching westerns, being outside, and painting. Hazel Cook departed this life on Friday, February 19, 2021 in Savannah, Tennessee at the age of 78 years and 10 months. She is survived by her brother, James Russell Brown and his wife Lisa Marie (Sissy) Brown, of Savannah, Tennessee and sister, Betty Joyce Chandler of Beech Bluff, Tennessee. In addition to her parents, Hazel was preceded in death by her sister, Teresa Ann Brown.
